Service Packs

Client Professional 8 Service Pack 3

This Service pack contains all of the changes included in Service Packs 1 & 2, plus:

1. Significant changes have been made to the Workflow logic to allow for late Payment of Policies before they Lapse,
2. Changes made to improve support for the 64 Bit version of Outlook 2013,
3. A minor fix to support machines running Windows 8.1 Update 1

Client Professional 8 Service Pack 2

This Service pack contains all of the changes included in Service Pack 1, plus:

1. Minor improvements made to the Workflow functionality,
2. Support for the 64 Bit version of Outlook 2010 (and newer) introduced,
3. An update to support running on Windows 10.

Client Professional 8 Service Pack 1

This Service pack contains the following main changes:

1. An Uncancel facility has been implemented,
2. Improved navigation when the search results include locked Clients,
3. Notes can now be sorted on Creation Date.

There have been no service packs released for Client Professional version 7.

Client Professional 6 Service Pack 4

This service pack includes all of the previous fixes included in Service Packs 1-3.

Borland Database Engine Update for Windows Vista/7

This must be installed on each workstation and, if possible, prior to Client Professional 6.

Crystal Reports 9 Service Pack 7 Update

This must be installed on each workstation after Client Professional 6 has been installed.
